The hole openers are used to enlarge the pilot hole in HDD engineering.
( HDD is used when trenching and excavating is not practical. This drilling technology allows for a steerable trenchless way to drill underground.)
We produce the hole openers for all kinds of formations, soft rock like limestone or sandstone, hard rocks like granite and basalt. Correct cutter selection can improve the ROP and working life. The nozzles can be designed according to different reamer size on different drilling conditions.
Our rock reamer can be customized with 3, 4, 5 or more rollers, depend on your pullback power and the diameter of the pipe. Our Hole openers are generally fitted with API threads, IF, FH, etc.
